Brad Broome would describe himself as a multitool personified. He believes the best ability is availability and is always looking for ways to apply his skills and prior knowledge to meet any task or challenge.
Before joining the PFAS Georgia team, Brad managed a testing laboratory for over two years. He was directly involved in project management and analytical testing for industrial leaders in synthetic turf manufacturing. He became well-versed in tensile testing and differential scanning calorimetry, as well as documenting, summarizing, and communicating test results.
This role required Brad to regularly perform ASTM testing across the United States and, on occasion, internationally. He quickly became proficient in independent travel and client relations, as each day brought a new project and location. Brad excelled in travel scheduling, air freight cargo handling, and time management. He takes pride in never missing a client deadline, having traveled tens of thousands of miles and completed over 100 field tests.
Brad values the opportunity to leverage his scientific background and personal drive to ensure every job is completed to the highest possible standard. He believes that going the extra mile shortens the distance between taking an initial step forward and achieving success.
